What it guarantees
That this account generated that edition on that date, and that your file is exactly that edition. It does not certify that the text belongs to whoever signs it: the seal speaks of the account and the date, not of authorship.
Without a seal
The presentation says This edition does not have the exaratio.com seal. It may be the same edition, just not checkable online; the work's signature still says whose it is and whether anyone changed it (The work's presentation and its book).
