Save your work
Your work is in its file once you save; meanwhile, Exaratio keeps what you've written in case the computer shuts down.

- Press Ctrl+S⌘S, or the save button at the top left.
The status bar tells you when there are unsaved changes.
If the computer shuts down
While you write, Exaratio keeps what you've written in a separate copy every few seconds. If the computer shuts down suddenly, it offers to recover it when you open the work again (Recover what you didn't save). Even so, the work is only in its file once you save.
What your assistant does
Whatever your AI assistant changes is saved on its own, right away (See and undo what your assistant did).
Save under another name
File → Save as (Ctrl+Shift+S⌘⇧S) saves the work to another file and carries on in the new one.
Closing with changes
If you close the work or Exaratio with unsaved changes, it asks you first what to do with them.
