Protect your account with a second factor
Besides your password, a code your phone changes every 30 seconds.

- On exaratio.com, My account → Account security → Turn on.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or your password manager) and type the 6-digit code.
- Keep your 10 recovery codes: each works once, and you won't see them again.
You get an email whenever you turn it on or off.
Signing in
After your password, type your app's code. Without your phone, Don't have your phone handy? and a recovery code.
If you lost your phone
Sign in with a recovery code, turn the second factor off and on again with the new phone.
Your password
To change it, Forgot your password? on the sign-in page: the link works once and expires in 30 minutes. Changing it closes all your sessions. At least 8 characters; renewed once a year. After 5 failed attempts, the account waits 15 minutes.

Delete your account
Write to info@exaratio.com from your account's email. We delete your data within 30 days. Your works aren't deleted: they're on your computer.
