Exaratio won't open or closes
What to do if it won't start, no window appears or it closed suddenly.

- Close any other Exaratio windows and open it again.
- Check the disk has free space.
- If it keeps happening, Help → Report a problem and send the diagnosis to info@exaratio.com.
If Exaratio could not start appears
Exaratio checks what it needs before opening. If something fails, open Diagnosis for support, click Copy diagnosis and send it. There's no need to delete your settings: Exaratio doesn't touch your data.
If no window appears
It needs a Windows component the installer downloads if missing: reinstall while online.
If it closed suddenly
Open the work again: it offers what you didn't get to save (Recover what you didn't save). Next time it won't open it on its own, in case it was the cause: it lets you choose Open it now.
The diagnosis
It carries the version, Windows' version and the last things it did when starting, opening and closing. It doesn't carry your works, and it isn't sent on its own. Copy the diagnostic to paste it in an email, or Open the diagnostic folder to attach the file. It works without a license.
