The ones you choose
- New versions: when a version your license includes comes out. Turned off, you can still see them in My account → Downloads.
- The newsletter: new versions, writing guides and offers. It only arrives if you ask for it.
- Beta versions: each new beta, until the beta ends. Only if you are testing it.
- The beta space digest: the days with news. Only if you take part in it.
- The store opening: until the license store has opened.
The ones that can't be turned off
Those about the security or operation of your account: the code to verify your email, change your password, the second factor (Protect your account with a second factor), your license when it is issued, activated or about to expire, and the stars you receive (Your stars). At the bottom they say why they reach you.
Is it really from Exaratio?
Each email carries a reference at the end like EXA-XXXX-XXXX. Type it at exaratio.com/Autenticidad:
- If it is ours, it tells you when it was sent, to what address and with what subject. Check that they match yours; if not, someone copied the reference.
- If it doesn't recognize it, don't open its links or files, and forward it to info@exaratio.com.
Our links always go to exaratio.com. When in doubt, type the address yourself in the browser.
If an email doesn't arrive
Check your spam folder. A link to change your password can be requested up to three times an hour.
