Commission a job
An edit, a translation or a layout, with its role, deadline and instructions.

- Ask that person for their collaborator card (Give your collaborator card).
- Collaborate → Commission work: paste their card and choose their Role, Where they write, Deadline and Instructions.
- Check with that person the fingerprint Exaratio shows you and save the copy it prepares.
Send them the copy. The commission is recorded in your work when you save it.
A working copy
The worker gets a copy that can't be exported, printed or turned into editions. What they do comes back as proposals, and you decide what goes in (Bring a collaborator's copy together).
Roles
Co-author, Editor, Copy editor, Proofreader, Translator, Reviewer, Technical reviewer, Sensitivity reader, Beta reader, Advance reader, Manuscript assessor, Layout designer or Illustrator.
Ads
For some roles you can tick Can make ads of the work for social networks: images of the work to promote it, which they make in their copy and keep on their computer.
Their AI assistant
Under Their AI assistant you choose whether their assistant may read the copy.
Offline
exaratio.com endorses the commission. Without a connection it happens on its own as soon as there is one; until then, that person can't collaborate.
The delivery
When they finish, they deliver their copy with exaratio.com's seal, which vouches for the delivery time (Deliver your work).
