A co-author, editor or proofreader gets a copy of your work; what they do comes back as proposals.

- Ask that person for their collaborator card (Give your collaborator card).
- Collaborate → Add a collaborator: paste their card, or click Read from an image to read their QR code.
- Choose their Role and Where they write, check with that person the fingerprint Exaratio shows you, and save the copy it prepares.
Send them the copy however you usually do. Their permission is recorded in your work when you save it.
How it works
The collaborator gets a copy of the work in which they write where you let them. What they do comes back as proposals, and you decide what goes in (Bring a collaborator's copy together). You can withdraw their access whenever you like (See who collaborates and withdraw access).
Where they write
They see the whole work; they write only where you let them: The whole work, The text of the books, without touching the world, Only the open book, Only the world: entities, relationships and time or Nothing: they only read. Anything they do outside that is set aside when you bring their copy together.
The fingerprint
Before signing their permission, Exaratio shows you their card's fingerprint. Check it with that person, out loud or some other way: that way you know the copy is for them.
Their AI assistant
Under Their AI assistant you choose whether their assistant may read the copy. If it may, it will send it to their AI provider.
A job with a deadline
If it's a job with a deadline and instructions, commission it instead (Commission a job).
