What you should know before buying
Each notice has a version. When you buy, you accept the version in effect, and it is recorded in your account.
Annual · notice v3
The right of use lasts 12 months from activation. If you don't renew, Exaratio switches to read-and-export-only mode: your projects still open and you can export them, but you can't edit them.
Professional · notice v2
The license is perpetual: you can use any version released within your 12 months of maintenance forever. When that period ends, the application keeps working without limit on the last version covered.
Institutional · notice v1
The Institutional license is taken out by the institution, not by each person: it pays an annual fee plus a price per student, and teachers are included. Each student can use Exaratio on two computers. Works created under this license belong to the institution, are for non-commercial educational use, and cannot be exported or printed. Anyone who took part in a work can keep reading it even after their seat ends.
Business · notice v1
Seats belong to the organization, not to individuals. The administrator can reassign each seat up to 4 times a year. The invoice is issued with the organization's tax details.
Lifetime · notice v5
“Lifetime” means that the right of use does not expire and that you receive every version of major editions 1.x and 2.x. The version you have works forever, and if the activation system changes, you will receive, with advance notice, a version that works without it.
